Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vividly presentation generation service operated by Vividly Studio ("Vividly," "we," "us," or "our") at vividly-studio.com. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Vividly is an AI-powered service that transforms uploaded documents into professional presentations. Users upload a document, select presentation options (theme, tone, slide count), pay a one-time fee, and receive a generated presentation in multiple formats (PowerPoint, HTML, Google Slides).

2. Account and Authentication

  • You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Vividly.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
  • One Google account corresponds to one Vividly account.

3. Payments and Pricing

  • Each presentation generation costs $5.00 USD, charged as a one-time payment.
  • Payment is collected before generation begins via Sumit payment processing.
  • All prices are in US dollars and include applicable processing fees.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Refund Policy

Because presentations are generated by AI immediately upon payment, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may request a refund if:

  • The service failed to generate a presentation due to a technical error
  • The generated presentation is materially unusable (e.g., empty slides, corrupted file)

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment to support@vividly-studio.com. Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality or styling preferences.

5. Uploaded Content

  • You retain all rights to documents you upload and presentations generated from them.
  • You must have the legal right to upload any document you submit to our service.
  • You must not upload documents containing illegal content, malware, or content that violates third-party rights.
  • Uploaded documents are processed by AI and stored temporarily. See our Privacy Policy for data retention details.

6. Generated Presentations

  • You own the generated presentations and may use them for any lawful purpose.
  • Presentations are generated by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or formatting imperfections.
  • Vividly does not guarantee that generated content is factually accurate or free of errors.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the content of your presentations before use.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or algorithms
  • Use automated tools to access the service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
  • Circumvent payment requirements or abuse the service
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vividly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

The Vividly service, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is the intellectual property of Vividly Studio. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service itself. This does not affect your ownership of uploaded documents and generated presentations.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access previously generated presentations may be revoked.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
