- What does Vividly do?
- You bring the travel ideas you've been gathering. Screenshots, map links, recommendations from friends. Vividly turns them into a day-by-day itinerary, with an AI agent on hand when you need a second opinion.
- How does the screenshot import work?
- Upload screenshots of posts, articles, or messages that mention places by name. Vividly reads the text, finds the places named in it, and adds them to your trip with addresses, hours, and a map pin. No copy-pasting addresses, no retyping URLs.
- Can I edit the itinerary?
- Yes. Drag stops to reorder, move them between days, add notes, remove things you've changed your mind about. The AI agent's suggestions update as you change things.
- What happens after the 7-day trial?
- PayPal charges $15 on day 8. The day after your trial ends. After that, it charges monthly on the same calendar day. Cancel anytime through PayPal or your Vividly account and you won't be charged again.
- Do I need a credit card to sign up?
- No. Vividly bills only through PayPal. You'll go through PayPal's own checkout to start the free trial. Vividly never sees or stores your card or bank details.
- Can I use Vividly during the trip, or only before?
- Yes. Vividly works on phone and tablet. Pull up your itinerary on the road, check what's next, edit on the fly.
- How is this different from ChatGPT or Google Maps?
- ChatGPT can suggest places but doesn't organize them by day, won't read your screenshots, and forgets your plan between conversations. Google Maps saves lists but doesn't structure them into a trip. Vividly does both.
- Can I share my trip?
- Yes. Every trip has a private share link. Send it to a travel companion or family member and they can see the full itinerary. (Read-only by default; full collaboration is on the roadmap.)
- Is my data private?
- Your trip data is yours. Vividly stores it on private Google Cloud infrastructure in the EU, encrypts it in transit and at rest, and never sells, shares, or trains AI models on your itineraries. Full details on the privacy page.
